These Terms and Conditions establish the rules governing your use of our services. By engaging with Subham Computech, you agree to these terms as stated.

1. Service Agreement

When you rent from us, you're agreeing to a service contract that covers:

  • Rental Period – The start and end dates of your rental
  • Equipment Details – The specific laptop, desktop, or server you’re renting.
  • Pricing – Clear cost breakdown, including any applicable taxes.
  • Maintenance – We take care of regular check-ups every six months.

Our team will explain everything in detail before you proceed, so there is no confusion.

2. How to Use the Equipment

To keep your rented devices running smoothly:

  • Who Can Use It? – Only authorized employees or personnel should use the equipment.
  • Handle with Care – Keep it in a dust-free, cool, and dry space.
  • Software Policy – Only install genuine, licensed software.
  • Backup Your Data – Regular backups help avoid data loss.

Taking care of the equipment ensures a better experience and keeps your business running without interruptions.

3. Payments & Fees

We keep our pricing fair and transparent:

  • Rental Fees – Pay as per the schedule in your agreement.
  • Security Deposit – A refundable amount, returned when you give back the equipment in good condition.
  • Late Payments – May attract additional charges, as per your contract.
  • Price Adjustments – For long-term rentals, prices may change with 30 days’ notice.

Our team will send timely updates, so you’re always in the loop about payments.

4. Liability & Insurance

While we provide reliable equipment, some things are beyond control:

  • Optional Insurance – Available for added protection.
  • Liability – Our responsibility is limited to the replacement value of the rented equipment.
  • Business Downtime – We are not responsible for losses due to equipment failure.
  • Unforeseen Events – Natural disasters or unexpected events (force majeure) are not covered.

5. Ending or Renewing Your Rental

We believe in long-term partnerships but understand if your needs change:

  • Ending Early? – There may be a cancellation fee, as per your agreement.
  • Renewals – Existing customers get preferential rates.
  • Upgrades – Stay ahead with the latest tech when you renew.
  • Notice Period – Required for both ending or extending your rental.

We’ll make sure the process is smooth, whether you're continuing, upgrading, or wrapping up.

6. Legal Stuff

We believe in long-term partnerships but understand if your needs change:

These terms follow the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. If there’s ever a dispute, we’ll first try to resolve it through arbitration in Chennai before taking legal action.
